SHIPPING POLICY

Orders made before 12pm are sent same working day.

Any orders made after 12pm Friday will be shipped the following Monday.

Once your order has been processed here are the following shipping times (if there are no delays with royal mail). Please note we are not responsible for any delays with EVRI.

NEXT DAY: EVRI aim to deliver the next working day including Saturdays.

STANDARD: EVRI aim to deliver in 2 - 3 working days.

International Standard Tracked

Royal Mail aim to deliver in 5 - 21 working days but please note they are still experiencing delays with international post due to covid. 

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. OBSESSED is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

All orders are sent out tracked and you will receive emails and SMS updates of your orders current status. 

You are responsible for putting the correct delivery address on your order.
